Who is the retreat for?

Law Enforcement Officers and their wives.


How many couples attend?

The retreat is limited to eight couples, no children


How much is it?

Free!* Housing and food expenses are donated. *Travel expenses are at your own cost.


What’s an example menu?

Friday night: Chicken Alfredo, Lasagna, Bread & Salad

Saturday Lunch: Assorted Deli Sandwiches & Salad

Saturday Dinner: Mexican Meal (fajitas, rice, beans) & Salad

Breakfasts: Bagels, fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, granola, coffee/creamers and orange juice Snacks: Nuts, Chips, Granola Bars, soda, water and energy/electrolyte drinks

(Gluten free/dairy free options available upon request)


Where are we staying?

Resort-style home on the beach in Oceanside, CA. Each couple has their own luxury on-suite room with towels, sheets, pillows, comforters and blankets provided.


What should we bring?

Toiletries (one shared hair dryer per floor), comfortable clothing for seated group sessions, comfortable clothing for being around town and on the shore.

How do I get there?

If coming a distance, fly into Santa Ana Airport (SNA) in Orange County, CA (before 2 p.m.). Someone from the team can pick you up and bring you to the house.
